Project Overview

SLD undertook a Land Development role on behalf of HDD Limited and promoted an area known as Firlands Farm in Burghfield Common for residential use following a withdrawn village centre scheme.

The area compromising of around 14 acres under a hybrid Option/Promotion Agreement with the Landowners.

An Outline Planning consent was successfully achieved in February 2016. The remainder of the larger site is still being promoted.

Residential Land

The site achieved outline consent for 90 dwellings.

Part of the site has been successfully promoted and sold to national housebuilder in October 2017.

Promotion continues on the remainder of the site.
