Project Overview
Working as Project Director under a Project Management role on behalf of Fairfield Redevelopments Limited.
The listed former hospital building, set in mature landscaped grounds was converted into apartments. The remaining land was transformed to create a rural community of as enabling development for a total of 1,200 dwellings, primary school, retail and commercial premises.
The initial remit was to agree a design code, one of the largest ever to be required. A consortium, of developers followed the consistent design code resulting in a development with truly unique character, offering a wide variety of house and apartment types.
