SLD acting as a Land Development and Project Manager on the client’s behalf for the strategic growth proposals to expand their existing knightfinance business in line with their business plan.

This follows the previous extension of the existing factory, also managed by SLD.

A total of 65,000sqft of commercial property is proposed, to meet Upton Steel’s growth requirements.
