Project Overview
SLD on behalf of SECP Limited, carried out a Land Development function. Along with 3 major house-builders and a national promoter, instigated an informal consortium who collaborated to achieve consent for a total of 2.700 houses in the S.E Coalville SUE, under Promotion Agreement with the Landowner.
The area SECP Limited controlled was for circa 900 dwellings.
The overall process took 6 years and culminated in Outline Planning Permission being achieved for the whole site.
Strategic Land
The site, after being successfully promoted to Outline Consent was sold to Harworth Estates in September 2017. SLD were instrumental in this process.
The site achieved Outline consent for 914 dwellings.
