SLD undertook a Land Development role on behalf of HDD Limited. Under a pre-agreed Option Agreement, SLD successfully promoted the site with the grant of Outline Planning Permission for 300 dwellings.
Following the grant of Planning Permission, a sale to a national house-builder took place in September 2013.

27 Acres of Farmland successfully promoted for Residential use.
The site was sold for 300 units.
